Shop eligible ESKUTE SPORT electric bikes during our designated Halloween Sale period. If the same eligible model is offered at a lower qualifying price on our official website during the Black Friday promotion, you may request a price adjustment for the difference, subject to the terms below.

1. Price Protection Period

• Eligible purchase period: October 13, 2026, through November 27, 2026.

• Qualifying price comparison period: November 27, 2026, through November 30, 2026.

• Price adjustment request deadline: December 5, 2026.

Purchases must be completed during the eligible purchase period. Requests must be submitted by the deadline above.

These dates are proposed campaign terms and must be approved before publication.

2. Eligible Products and Orders

To qualify for a price adjustment, an order must meet all of the following requirements:

• The order was placed directly through the official ESKUTE SPORT website, eskutesport.com, during the eligible purchase period.

• The purchased electric bike is included in the official list of eligible products.

• The same model and configuration are offered at a lower qualifying promotional price on eskutesport.com during the qualifying price comparison period.

• The original order has not been canceled, refunded, or returned.

• The customer submits a complete request within the designated claim period.

Only the products specifically identified as eligible for this promotion are covered.

3. How the Price Difference Is Calculated

The price adjustment is based on the difference between the eligible promotional product price paid in the original order and the qualifying Black Friday product price.

Price Adjustment = Original Eligible Product Price Paid − Qualifying Black Friday Product Price

For example:

• Original eligible product price paid: $1,000

• Qualifying Black Friday product price: $900

• Eligible price adjustment: $100

The calculation excludes sales tax, shipping charges, financing fees, and other non-product charges.

If the qualifying Black Friday price is equal to or higher than the original eligible product price paid, no price adjustment is available.

4. Promotional Codes, Gifts, and Special Offers

To ensure fair and consistent calculations:

• Discounts and coupon codes applied to the original product purchase will be considered when calculating the original eligible product price paid.

• The qualifying Black Friday price must be an eligible price publicly available on the official ESKUTE SPORT website.

• Prices available only through personalized offers, targeted coupons, employee discounts, affiliate-only codes, or other restricted promotions are not eligible unless expressly included in the promotion.

• Gift eligibility and the retention of previously received gifts are subject to the applicable promotion terms.

5. How to Request a Price Adjustment

If your purchase qualifies, follow these steps:

3. Identify the same model and configuration at the qualifying Black Friday price. Include the product URL or a screenshot if available.

5. If approved, the eligible difference will be refunded to your original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.

Please submit your request by December 5, 2026. Requests received after the deadline may not qualify.

6. Refund Processing

Approved price adjustments will be issued to the original payment method whenever supported by the payment provider.
